I’m Ray a Japanese sweets and snacks lover.

Since of the Tokyo Olympic Games, athletes and media from all of the world have close-up Japanese food.

As an Japanese, I am quite happy to know many people are interested in Japanese food especially Japanese original sweets and snacks but I have to say those are only a little part of the Japanese sweets and snacks.

So I would like you to introduce the sweet and deep side of Japanese sweets and snacks.
